Traveling & Sleeping

How to get there?

Flying from abroad?

Here’s What You Need to Know:
We know many of you will be traveling from overseas, and we’re so grateful! If you’re flying in, you have two airport options: Valencia or Alicante. Both are roughly a one-hour drive from Jávea, which we wholeheartedly recommend as the best place to stay. It’s not only close to the venue but also one of our favorite spots in the world. Plus, we’ll be arranging a convenient taxi bus service with pickups in Jávea to make your stay even easier.

Flight tickets are already available, and since June is the start of high season, we strongly recommend booking as soon as possible. Prices are still relatively low, but they’ll rise as the date approaches!

SkyScanner will give you an overview of the prices and options with all different airlines:

Transportation Tips
As this beautiful region is not well known for its public transport, we highly recommend renting a car at the airport to make the most of your trip. A helpful tip: be sure to set your pickup location during the search to ‘at the terminal’—this will save you the hassle of dealing with shuttle buses.

You have two great options:

  1. Doyouspain: This site offers a variety of rental deals from different companies at competitive prices. A key thing to remember: never opt for their insurance! If you prefer full coverage, it’s best to arrange this directly at the rental desk upon pickup.
  2. Direct Booking: You can also book directly with any rental company. Our personal favorite is Goldcar—they offer great rates, excellent service, and we’ve never had any issues with unfair charges for example.

Feel free to follow the links below for easy booking or do your own research. Either way, you’ll be all set to explore the region with ease!

Where to stay

Accommodation Options
Of course, you’ll need a place to rest before and after all the celebrations! We’ve contacted several hotels in Jávea and managed to secure some special discounts just for you. You’ll find those options listed below.

If you prefer something more private, we highly recommend browsing Booking.com or Airbnb to find an apartment or house that suits your style.

For your comfort: make sure to book a place in Jávea. Both the pre-party as well as the bus pickup will be here.

Taxi bus

A quick tip: we’ll be arranging two pickup locations in Javea for your convenience—one near the Port and another by the Arenal. If you’d like to use the bus service, we suggest booking a place near either of these areas, or anywhere in between.

Keep in mind, if you stay in the middle, it will be up to a max 20-minute walk to the nearest pickup point. We would also advise against staying in the old town, as it’s further from these locations.
